An anime doesn't needs to have superpower fights or mecha robots to be entertaining
and this anime proved that . For story .... A black notebook with power to kill dropped from from sinigami world to human world by a shinigami called "RYUK". He was bored by shinigami lifestyle and interested in seeing how a human would use a death note .Our protagonist LIGHT YAGAMI picks up that note book . He can kill anyone by only name and the face . A super detective 'L' tries to catch him . I loved the rivalry between 'LIGHT nd L'.
DEATH NOTE is the most interesting anime i have ever seen.
